Protection of personal data
Netith Care Srl considers the protection of the personal data of its users - whether acquired customers, potential or simple users of a service - of fundamental importance, guaranteeing everyone, without distinction, that the processing of their personal data carried out in any manner, either automated and paper-based, it is managed in compliance with the fundamental protections and rights recognized by the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union, and incorporated by the EU Reg. n. 2016/679, with particular reference to confidentiality, the protection of identity and personal dignity and the right to security and protection of personal data.
1. General Information
This document describes the methods through which the company Netith Care S.r.l. uses the personal data provided by users of the www.netith.com website (hereinafter also the "Site"). Personal data provided by users will be processed in accordance with the provisions of EU Regulation n. 2016/679 and of the Legislative Decree 30 June 2003, n. 196, containing the "Code regarding the protection of personal data" ("Privacy Code") and, in particular, in compliance with the principles of necessity, transparency, lawfulness, correctness, integrity and confidentiality, proportionality of the processing of personal data. The following information is provided pursuant to and for the purposes of the provisions of article 13 of the EU Regulation and of the Privacy Code.

3. Types of processed data
Netith Care S.r.l. collects personal data specifically and voluntarily provided by users. "Personal data", as specified in Article 4 of EU Reg. 2016/679, means "any information concerning a natural person, identified or identifiable (interested); the identifiable natural person who can be identified, directly or indirectly, with particular reference to an identifier such as the name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or one or more characteristic elements of his physical identity, physiological, genetic, psychic, economic, cultural or social ". These data are provided by users who wish to receive information on the activity carried out and the services offered by Netith Care S.r.l. it also automatically collects personal data deriving from the analysis of user navigation. Netith Care S.r.l. will not process sensitive data, understood as personal data that can reveal the racial and ethnic origin of users, their religious, philosophical or other beliefs, political opinions, membership of parties, unions, associations or organizations of a character religious, philosophical, political or trade union, as well as personal data that can reveal the health status and sexual life of users. Users are advised not to transmit to Netith Care S.r.l. sensitive data. The data processing activities carried out by Netith Care S.r.l. essentially concern: the collection and use of data for marketing and profiling purposes; the recording, storage, processing, selection and extraction of data for CRM management purposes, as well as for the selection of candidates for possible recruitments or collaborations of a professional nature. The processing of data connected to the web services of this site takes place at the aforementioned office and is only handled by the technical personnel assigned to the maintenance operations. No data deriving from the web service are communicated or disclosed. However, personal data connected to the web services of this site may be stored on external cloud systems owned by third parties, which however do not have any authorization to process the stored data. The data retention period is such as to allow the data controller to fulfil the obligations arising from the current civil, administrative and fiscal legislation, and to fulfil any public safety requirements requested by the national and supranational authorities in charge.
4. Navigation Data
The computer systems used to operate the Site acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols required and other parameters relating to the user's operating system). This information is not collected to be associated with identified subjects, but by their very nature necessary, through processing and association with data held by third parties, using to identify users. These data are managed for the sole purpose of obtaining statistical information in real time on the use of the site and to check the correct functioning and are deleted immediately after processing. These data could be used to ascertain responsibility in case of computer crimes against Netith Care, its assignees or certain parties.

• technical cookies necessary to keep track of the consent given by the user.
Furthermore, the Website uses cookies from social platforms (in this case, of Facebook, Twitter, Google Plus, YouTube and Pinterest platforms), managed by the third parties involved. These cookies are necessary to allow a social account to interact with the Site, allow you to express an appreciation and share it with your friends. 5.4 Consent
By connecting to the Site for the first time, the user will see a brief information about the use of cookies. By closing this information using the appropriate button or clicking outside the banner that contains it and continuing to browse the Site, the user consents to the use of third-party cookies, in the manner described in this Privacy Policy.
6. Methods and purposes of the processing
The personal data provided by users will be processed electronically in order to provide them with the information requested about the activity carried out and the services offered by Netith Care S.r.l. Personal data are processed by automated tools for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected. Specific security measures are observed in order to prevent the loss of data, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorized access. The personal data collected for the purposes of a possible and future establishment of a work or cooperation relationship, are collected through the use of data entry forms. The company will keep such data, with the purpose of evaluating the candidacy, for a period of time not exceeding two years from the date of insertion of the same, unless the interested party does not explicitly request to process his personal data for a shorter period. Specific security measures are observed in order to prevent the loss of data, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorized access, as well as to guarantee the data subject the cancellation of his personal data at the end of the storage period, as specified above. Appropriate precautions are also adopted regarding the processing of personal data deriving from the activities of communication or dissemination of personal data on the institutional site, in implementation of the regulatory provisions in force on the subject of transparency, publicity of administrative action, as well as consultation of documents on initiative of the single subjects. To this end, any deeds and / or documents containing personal data can be found on the site only through the internal search engine and for a period of time suitable for achieving the purposes for which the documents themselves have been made public. The availability of documents and / or documents containing personal data, exclusively from entitled parties, is guaranteed through their availability in restricted areas. Except as specified for navigation data, the user has the right to provide or not his personal data in the newsletter registration forms, in the forms reserved for sending applications, or via e-mail. Failure to provide the data will make it impossible to send the newsletter and information requested to the user. The sending of information and / or promotional communications can be interrupted at any time after the first registration, following the instructions included in the link within each communication.
7. Interactions with social networks
The Site may contain applications and materials ("APIs" or "APIs") that use data taken from user accounts opened on social networks like Facebook or Twitter. For example, an API can be created that allows you to post comments directly on the social network to which the user is registered. When using such an API, personal data are transmitted to the social network site. These data are governed by the privacy policy of this social network. An API may also be created that allows you to obtain information and content related to the user and his friends, his user ID and other types of content taken from the social network used. This information and content will not be acquired, unless the user has given his consent on the social network site. If such consent is given, the aforementioned information will be used in accordance with this privacy statement and the rules on APIs of this social network.
8. Communication of personal data
The data will be accessible to internal and external personnel in charge of processing in relation to the purposes specified above. Personal data may be disclosed to public bodies or judicial authorities, where required by law or to prevent or punish the commission of a crime. Furthermore, with the express consent of the users, the personal data relating to them will be communicated to other external companies for the purpose of sending information and / or promotional communications. Netith Care S.r.l. in providing the described activities, it may use suppliers located outside the European Union. In this case, Netith Care undertakes to respect the rights and freedoms of the person with regards to the protection of personal data.
9. Rights of the interested party
In accordance with articles 15 - 22 of the EU Reg. N. 2016/679 and article 7 of the Privacy Code, users have the right to access their personal data at any time, and, in particular, to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning them and their communication in an intelligible form, to know the origin of the data, the purposes and methods of processing; to obtain the identification of the identification data concerning the data controller, data processors and the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated. Users also have the right to verify the accuracy of the data or request its integration or updating or rectification. Users also have the right to request the limitation of the processing of their data, as well as their portability to other subjects. Users also have the right to request cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, and to oppose in any case, for legitimate reasons, to their treatment.
